Use of Service

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using methods other than provided interfaces.
• You are responsible for your account and for the content you submit, including prompts, files, and outputs.

Your Content and AI Outputs

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit to Memofi. To operate and improve the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, modify, and display your content and generated outputs, solely to provide the service, ensure safety, comply with law, and improve our models and features. We may use automated and human review to achieve these purposes.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use outputs with discretion and independently verify important information.

Payments

Paid features are billed by our payment processor (Stripe). By purchasing, you authorize charges and agree to any applicable billing terms presented at checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Prohibited Content

• Illegal content or activity.
• Content that infringes others’ rights or privacy.
• Malware, harmful code, or attempts to bypass security.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including prompts and outputs to improve our models. By using Memofi, you consent to those practices.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Memofi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Memofi. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using Memofi at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are based.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of Memofi after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
